The Summer Boot

Boots are no longer only for 12 inches of snow in the thick of winter months. We are seeing a lot of designers and style icons pair ankle boots with their cute summer dresses. Predominately for summer we are seeing an open toe ankle boot in materials of lace, leather, suede and silk. For me, its no surprise that they have been making their way into warmer months. Boots have always been a favorite piece of mine, and I too have been marching in my boots this summer!

Facebook Movie

Would you see a movie based of the social networking site facebook? The movie would be based of the book The Accidental Billionaires: The founding of facebook and would follow Mark Zuckerberg's early days in college developing the network to its crazy popularity today. I wonder if they will omit the scene where Mark is hired by a friend who comes up with the idea to develop the site but steals the idea an spins it as his own. I wonder who would play Zukerberg? Possibly Shia LaBeouf or Micheal Cera, leaning more towards Cera. So tell me, is this a production that you will see?

Manicurist sells house and car to build school in native village

Lidia Schaefer returned to her native village in Ethopia and was troubled by what she saw. Children were walking three hours each way to attend classes held not in a school but under a tree. Schaefer knew she had to act when one of the children was killed by a hyena. She worked very hard fundraising and putting a portion of her own wages to the school. Homeless to Harvard

Kenneth Chancey is 17 and does not exactly have the easiest life. He is a homeless student who dreams of going to Harvard and becoming a doctor. He just finished his Junior year where he was named the best overall academic student, and is the star running back of his football team. Why do all these politicians keep cheating on their wives (although its not just poloticians)? Mark Sanford would you like to answer this question for me? You find out you are being considered for the GOP 2012 presidential election and you end your affair, interesting. Would you have ended it if you were not going to advance your political career?

I guess my first thought is if someone can not even be trustworthy with their family how can we trust them to help run the country? I am uncertian to where I stand on this, I would love to hear your thoughts. Should politicians be able to remain in office after they have affairs? It's a sunshine day......

Good Morning lovelies!!!! Last night there were some awesome thunderstorms, I love thunderstorms at night. I woke up today to beautiful weather and SUNSHINE. I have off from working at my shop today, but I am still working of course, and mixing it with a little pleasure too (hopefully windsurfing). Today I am working on some pieces for my spring line and designing a bracelet for my non profit (www.globalsmt.org). I am off for a walk with Benson now, it is his favorite time of the day.
